| A. For screenprinting, the minimum order is 12 pieces for a design. You can combine like items to get a quantity discount.
For embroidery, the minimum order is 6 pieces. Again, you can combine like items to get a quantity discount. |

| Q. Are there any additional charges? |
| A. No, what you see is what you get if you choose one of our design templates. All art and set up charges are included and ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states is FREE! We UPS Ground for our standard ground shipping. |

| Q. Can I print a design on different items and item colors? |
| A. Sure, as long as the same design colors and design size is used. |

| Q. Are the designs in your Design Gallery the the only designs you have? |
| A. Yes, for now. If you don't see something you like, we can always create a custom design for your group. Art charges will be billed at $40 per hour. |

| Q. Do you ever create new designs? |
| A. Yes, just sign up for our newsletter to get notified when new designs are added to our gallery. We are constantly adding new designs and this is the best way to keep up with cool new designs. |

| Q. Can we add names and/or numbers to our shirts? |
| A. Yes. The cost for screenprinting is $5 per name or number and $8 for both.The minimum order for personalized name and numbers is 12 items. |

| Q. How long does it take to get my order? |
| A. Your order will ship within 7 business days after approving your artwork and sizes, and payment has been received. For Champion products, please allow 10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. |
